Service Description

Using crystal singing bowls and chimes, my sound journeys offer a gentle yet powerful way to relax the body and calm the mind. The vibrations can help release tension, reduce stress and support nervous system regulation. Book yourself a one-on-one session with me in the comfort of your own home or we can arrange a group session at a location of your choice. Sessions range from 45-90 minutes depending on the experience you desire. Get in touch with me so we can discuss and create a sound experience that your body and mind will love you for.
