Service Description

Acutonics® is a sound-based therapeutic modality that uses precision-calibrated tuning forks placed on and around the body to support the nervous system, release tension and encourage the body’s natural healing response. Each session works with vibration, rhythm and stillness to gently guide the body into a state of deep rest. Many people experience a sense of grounding, emotional release, mental clarity and physical relaxation. Sessions are offered in Craighall Park and Norwood.
