About the event
Vibrations in Motion is a deeply immersive experience that will blend the mindful movement of yoga with the vibrational healing of sound. Kirsty will guide you through gentle flowing sequences and prepare your body and mind for deep relaxation. As you settle into stillness, Hannah will offer you soothing soundscapes featuring crystal bowls, a gong, a variety of chimes and other resonant instruments. Allow us to guide you into a meditative state, inviting profound rest. This session is designed to release tension, restore balance and leave you feeling renewed. All levels of yoga practice are welcome.
