Flow Serene’s comprehensive in-person 200-Hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training will take you on a transformative journey into the art of teaching and deepening your personal yoga practice. This training is designed for dedicated yogis who seek to understand the foundations of Vinyasa yoga, refine their movement and breath, and confidently guide others through a safe and inspiring practice. Whether you aspire to teach or simply wish to deepen your own yoga practice, this training will empower you with the knowledge, skills and confidence to embody the essence of yoga—both on and off the mat.
Trainings will take place in person on weekends in Johannesburg (at Zen Room in The Woods Shopping Centre, Craighall Park) and will run over a period of 5 months where we will meet every second weekend for 9 weekends.
